Some folks have developed a site devoted to those poor minions who slave away, day in day out, serving the thankless and (in some instances) brainless consumer. I believe anyone who does, will, or ever has worked any sort of customer service job will appreciate the humor. (Actually, everyone should really appreciate the humor. It's good stuff!)
